After building a strong foundation in research with firms like CLSA, Solomon Smith Barney and Marlin Partners, Rahul worked with JP Morgan (New York) as an India specialist before eventually transitioning to Asset management with Kingdon Capital and Sansar Capital. In 2021, he developed the CEGARP model which remains the bedrock of Pegasus Investment style.

After working as a private banker for over 10 years with Citibank India and Kotak Mahindra Bank, Jaya Mehrotra transitioned to becoming a Leadership Coach, where she works with CEOs, women in leadership roles, and business heads. She is also the Founder & CEO of Women Leadership Circle (WLC) and brings deep understanding of human capital and growth mindset of the management teams we invest in.

Jay leads Pegasus' applied AI and data initiatives. He holds an MSc. in Applied Mathematics and Statistics with a focus on Quantitative Finance from Stony Brook University and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. Prior to joining Pegasus, Jay applied his expertise as a Quantitative Analyst focusing on AI applications, and as a Financial Engineer at Prussian AI in California. At Pegasus, Jay leverages his quantitative proficiency to enhance our proprietary CEGARP framework through advanced analytics and data-driven research.

Aditya returns to Pegasus, where he previously served as a Research Analyst, bringing a multidisciplinary edge to markets. With exposure to Capitalmind PMS in Bengaluru, Sempreverde Asset Management in Princeton, and Abakkus Asset Management in Mumbai, he has developed skills in fundamental research and valuation, quantitative strategy, and statistical analysis. A student of both Physics and Finance, he holds an MS in Finance from Babson College and a BS in Physics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a pairing that shapes his distinct view of markets. At Pegasus, Aditya spearheads research alongside marketing and investor relations, pairing rigorous stock analysis with a hands-on role in growing the fund's investor base.
